We’re not happy unless you’re happy with your Züpers. You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
To return or exchange your item(s), please email us for an RA#. Please indicate in the email the reason for your return, or which style/color/size for which you would like them exchanged. Then write the RA# on the box and return to:

Although Züpers are designed to help protect the knee area for minor scrapes, Sheepdreams, LLC is not responsible for any and all injuries that might occur while wearing them.
züpers care:
Machine wash in cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry. DO NOT Machine Dry or Iron. Your Züpers will air dry in 20-30 minutes. You may leave knee pads in when washing!
